What consistent Laso use builds over time
What separates Laso from a weight vest
A weight vest loads the spine vertically and compresses the joints. The Laso — a center of gravity loading system — distributes load at the body's natural center of mass using the Golden Ratio (1:1.618) bead sizing and 7-point magnetic closure. This means the skeleton, joints, and muscles engage in the same plane they were designed to work in. The stimulus is biomechanically aligned. The stress is productive, not compressive.
The Laso Lifestyle
"Small, consistent stimulation — every step, every rep, every hour — compounding into a body that outlives every expectation."
— Reginald J. Gardiner II · Founder, Laso Fitness · Inventor & U.S. Patent Holder

The theory — visualized
Every point along the arc is a valid stimulus position — infinite tension opportunities per rep
Dynamic
Compound movements through full range — maximizing position count
Static
Holding a single high-tension position — depth over breadth
Isometric
Max tension with no movement — the purest stimulus signal
Time under tension — session tracker
Log your session below. The Infinite Rep score estimates how much of your session was spent in active muscle tension — the higher, the better.
The visibility principle
"To understand the muscle, we have to see it. In its active state. The muscle must spend as much time as possible in its stimulated position. That is the repetition."
— Reginald J. Gardiner II, Founder · Laso Fitness
See the muscle contract
Watch for the belly of the muscle to visibly shorten and harden under load. That visual confirmation is the stimulus signal — the muscle is doing its job across this position in space.
Slow down to collect more positions
A faster rep moves through more positions but collects less tension per position. Slowing the tempo is how you claim more of the infinite arc — turning 10 reps into the equivalent of 40.
Future: camera tracking (App-E-Tight v2)
Coming in a future version: pose estimation via your phone camera. Real-time joint angle tracking, length-tension curve analysis, and a quantified stimulus score per rep — turning this philosophy into measurable data.

Pre-session activation
3 minClose your eyes. Scan your body from feet to crown. Identify where tension lives. Breathe into each area. Visualize the muscles you are about to train — see them contracting across their full arc. See each position they will occupy. Prime the CNS before the first rep.
The infinite arc visualization
5 minSit comfortably. Breathe slowly. In your mind, hold a weight. Feel it extend away from your center. Notice that there are infinite positions between where you start and where you finish. Each one is real. Each one is work. You are not counting reps — you are collecting positions. Move deliberately. Collect as many as you can.
Post-session integration
4 minLie down or sit still. Breathe out any remaining tension. Your muscles are now rebuilding. Your CNS is encoding what just happened. This stillness is not rest — it is active adaptation. Let your body integrate the stimulus. Feel the warmth in the muscles. That warmth is positive change happening in real time.
Where this fits in your program
Box breathing or power breath — prime the CNS, raise focus, set the intention for the session
3–4 slow diaphragmatic breaths — lower heart rate deliberately, maintain parasympathetic tone, stay in the zone
4-7-8 or diaphragmatic reset — activate recovery, reduce cortisol, begin the adaptation window
These are not optional additions to the Laso program — they are structural components. The nervous system that trains is the same nervous system that breathes. Both need to be coached.

The Math Behind the Method
BMR is calculated using the Mifflin-St Jeor equation — the most validated formula in modern exercise science. Your TDEE is your true caloric maintenance. From there, a body architect sets deficits or surpluses with surgical precision — never guessing, always engineering.
